Wellness meets real life. Grit meets grace. Humor required.

Hi, I’m Savannah and this space is where I share the good, the gritty and everything in betweem. Movement, mindset, motherhood, moments that matter. Sometimes wellness, sometimes wild. Always Real.

About Savannah Out Westt

Hey there, I'm so glad you're here

Let’s be honest—wellness doesn’t have to be so serious.

I’m Savannah—fitness coach, wellness mentor, wife, mama of two, and a firm believer that sweat, silliness, sarcasm, and a little bit of structure can change your life.

For over 13 years, I’ve been teaching group fitness classes that push people right up to their edge—in a good way. I’ve coached hundreds of people through workouts, wellness resets, hard seasons, fresh starts, and plenty of “I can’t do that” moments.

And those might be my favorite.

Because there’s a little bit of the hell I won’t in me. Tell me I can’t, and there’s a pretty good chance I’m going to try anyway. I love helping other people find that part of themselves, too—the part that realizes they’re stronger, braver, and far more capable than they gave themselves credit for.

I believe in hard work, loyalty, loving your people well, and doing things the right way even when it isn’t the easy way. I’m not interested in quick fixes, perfection, or pretending I have it all figured out. I’m interested in building real strength—the kind that shows up in your body, your habits, your self-talk, and the way you show up for the people you love.

I love adventure, the outdoors, belly laughs, kitchen dance parties, horses, and anything that reminds me not to take myself too seriously. I’m equal parts coach and cheerleader. I’ll challenge you when you need it, laugh with you when it goes sideways, and cheer so dang loud for you when you do the thing you weren’t sure you could do.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up anyway.

With grit, a bucket full of grace, and humor when it gets messy. And you can guarantee it will.

And maybe just enough the hell I won’t to surprise yourself.
